To Make Methi Paratha

Wheat Flour – 2 Cups
Ajwain – 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 Tsp
Garlic – 1 Tsp
Ginger – 1 Tsp
Green Chilli – 1 Tsp
Curd – 1 Tbsp
Oil – 2 Tsp
Methi Leaves

Method:

1. Take wheat flour, ajwain, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, salt, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chili, curd, oil, methi leaves in a large bowl.
2. Mix everything well.
3. Gradually add water and prepare the dough. Knead it for 3-4 minutes.
4. Apply some oil over the dough ball and cover it with a lid. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
6. Dust the rolling surface with some flour and place the dough ball on it.
7. Roll the dough evenly into a roti.
8. Heat a pan and place the rolled out dough roti.
9. Roast it on both sides by applying some ghee.
10. Once it has golden brown spots on both sides, transfer it onto a plate.
11. Serve the Methi Parathas hot with onion raitha or pickle by the side.
